NIU Launches 60 MPH MQi GT EVO Electric Scooter

The Chinese manufacture showcased the MQi GT EVO at the Milan Motorcycle Show alongside several other new models.

With a top speed of 100 km/h (60 mph) the MQi GT EVO is NIU’s fastest electric scooter, alongside the recently released NIU RQi electric motorcycle with a top speed of 160 km/h (100 mph). Powered by a 5 kW rear hub motor the MQi GT EVO can accelerate from 0 to 60 km/h in and impressive six seconds. It has two 72V 26Ah batteries than can provide a range of 85 km (54 miles) on a single charge.

Other features of the MQi GT EVO include 14″ wheels for stability at speed, customisable LED dashboard, 3 riding modes, iconic halo lighting, comfortable seating for two riders, bluetooth keyless entry the NIU app for location and updates.
